If your on desktop or tablet, click the “Make an Appointment” button in the top right hand corner;
If your on mobile then simply scroll to bottom of page and you will find the appointment option;
Indicate the service required along with the year, make, and model of the vehicle;
Upon receipt, we propose a date and time and request you to confirm or change;
After Hours Vehicle Drop Off
After 6 PM or before 9 AM you would drive your vehicle to our location;
Park the vehicle in front and deposit keys in our front door mail slot;
Ensure you have locked up your vehicle.
Vehicle Drop Off During Work Hours
Prior to your service appointment drive your vehicle to our location;
Advise us by text, email, or phone of your arrival; We will attend to your vehicle location;
You leave keys in the ignition and distance yourself from the vehicle;
We will then take possession of the vehicle; You would then leave and return upon completion of the service.
Upon completion of the service work we sanitize your vehicle;
Wiping down with approved disinfectant solutions all contact points.
Notifications and Invoicing
If we require additional discussion during the serving process we will contact you directly;
When the servicing is completed we will send you the invoice via email;
You can make payment completing a bank transfer or through credit card;
Upon completed payment, you then take possession of your vehicle;
Your vehicle will be in our secure gated area;
The keys will be the ignition.
